Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Exchanges
- We provide a 7-day return or exchange window from the
date of delivery. - For exchanges, please contact us within 24 hours of
delivery. - Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the
same condition as received.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you
about the status. - If approved, the refund will be processed to your original
payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After processing or shipping, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items, and products damaged due to
misuse, are not eligible for return/refund.
