7-Day Return Policy
You may return your product within 7 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, the product will be picked up within 2–3 working days.
  • After successful pickup and inspection, the refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.

How to Cancel an Order

Cancellation Timing

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped.
  • Orders can be canceled after 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a replacement.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Return Process for Damaged or Defective Items

  • An unboxing video and photographs are mandatory for damaged product claims.
  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
